Xbox Guildorand Lock and Crash

On Xbox I travelled to the logging village in Guildorand and now the game crashes every time. even when I restart and try. it just locks and shuts down. it's been 3 weeks of checking periodically to see if I can move my character out of the zone. I still can't. is there a way I can get my character out of that area so I can explore more areas on the surface server?

    I had that happen as well. What I did was create a new character, check the DM channel frequently until I got a response, then told them the issue. They were able to have me log in as my stuck character, and for that brief moment during the crashes they were able to pull my character out of that area.
