"Empty" quests in journal. Only name shows, but no other info.

I have many "empty" quests in journal.

When an NPC gives me a quest, the pop up shows up as normal - with quest text, info and all. But in the journal only the quest name is there and no more info. Clicking on the quest which normally gives me dropdown with description and directions for it, does nothing.

Basically quests with only a name and no text. I got no idea what to do.

    That's odd. A lot of the journal bugs should be fixed. Are you using any mods?

    Yes, i'm using NPC project, UB, Portraits Everywhere, More Style for Mages, Dragonspear UI and SCS.
    If this bug happens only to me, maybe its a mod issue?

    It might be an issue with the UI mod, since that is what would be intended to change journal elements.

    You were right - it was Dragonspear UI. When i play without it, this bug is gone.

    Turns out these are just bits of info that NPCs give you that are collected in the journal tab, but here the game was putting them in the quest tab as empty entries.

    Anyway, i dug around and found a fix by a person named 'lefreut'(i think he was banned or something). Putting it here incase someone encounters the same bug.
