BUG REPORT: Unable to leave the Underdark (PS4 ver)

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I'm playing BG2 on the PS4. I completed all of the quests in the Underdark and when I bring the Silver Dragon her egg back she says she'll take me to the surface. She transforms into a humanoid and the scene changes to what I believe is the northwest corner in the Sahuagin Lair. The game acts as if a cutscene has or is about to start, not allowing me to do anything including pause, but nothing happens. The character models continue to do their idle animations but no cutting starts and I am unable to do anything.

    The same thing is happening to me now on the Xbox One. Is there any solution to this?

    I can confirm this does NOT happen in the current PC build. Hope you guys are able to get this resolved!
