BG:EE installs in D:\Beamdog Library\00766

I have a new laptop and wanted to install BB:EE. This worked in fact just fine, but I am confused by the directory the game is installed in (I use Windows 10).
Because my C-drive is reserved for system files, I changed the directory suggested by the Beamdog Client from (I think) "C:\User\Beamdog Library" to "D:\Beamdog Library\". Now I expected the installer to create something like "D:\Beamdog Library\Baldur's Gate - Enhanced Edition\data\...".
However, the game has been installed directly in a folder called "D:\Beamdog Library\00766". The game runs just fine, but its directory looks odd to me. Did I screw something up? Is this supposed to be that way? Should I remove and re-install the game? Thanks!

Is there any explanation why the folder isn't called "Baldur's Gate - Enhanced Edition\..."? I looks so random and unusual.
