Third journal of Jon Irenicus?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
On the wiki, I looked at a list that had some cut items and I was wondering what this journal would have been about? I know from the wiki that it would have been about his future plans, but what specifically did the developers have in mind for it?

Is there a mod that restores it? It doesn’t matter since I play on IOS, but if there is, what does the journal say?

    My recollection is that the description was never written so there aren't any paragraphs to restore. Or are you wondering if anyone has written fanfic to fill in the blanks?
