Continuing problems with BG2EE maybe a solution

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
This goes back to MacOS troubles, so can i reinstall (download again?) BG2EE and maybe it will work this time?

    i did download it from Beam and it runs. Now how do i get the Coran mod into it. I know i have asked this years ago but hell I'm 60 and i do not remember how to do it. Help?
