Can't load server list.

I was playing on a server for months, and after a server reset that they did, got disconnected, and now I cannot load the server list at all. What shows is: lphqk6u8td7b.jpg

It really saddens me. Tried disabling the firewall, un-installing and reinstalling, restarting, etc. Please help.
