Can't get rid of feebleminded

My CHARNAME shows feebleminded in status effects, though oddly her intelligence stat is at its normal value (17). I've tried
- sleep
- Remove Curse spell
- Lesser Restoration
- (Greater) Restoration
- Cure Disease (via spell and elixir of health)
- Exaltation
- Chaotic Commands
- Remove Magic

The status effect still shows on the character record. How do I fix this?

*EDT: Solved. Dispel Magic did it.

    If that was a result of an encounter with sirines then the effect is temporary anyway.

    Not from a sirine (at least I don't think it was). FWIW, I got it when
    I went to heaven during Dorn's mini-quest to erase our names from the book of retribution.
    It didn't go away after sleeping multiple times. Dispel Magic was the only thing that worked.
