Parameters for conversation root scripts?

Am I right in thinking that while we can now pass parameters to Text Appears When and Action Taken scripts, this isn't possible for the conversation root scripts, Normal End and Aborted?

Other than indirectly, by setting parameters in some other script?

    This does seem to be a bug (or a highly desirable improvement) so I raised a ticket.
