Temple of Helm as the neutral Cleric's Stronghold and Dorn's Bloody Path

I'm playing a neutral Warrior/Mage/Cleric and decided to aquire a cleric's stronghold. I finished only a part of the quests related to it. Now Dorn wants to kill the Guardian Trepfen, so I had to go into the Temple of Helm and get his whereabouts from the Guardian Telwyn, however no matter how I do it, everybody turns red circled in the temple and it ruins my stronghold. Is there a way to progress in Dorn's quest and not to loose the stronghold?

    Make sure you have high Charisma. I think 15+ is necessary. Stick to the first dialogue option, and persuade Dorn to stand down afterwards (won't work if Charisma is too low)
