I thought this was a humorous video. IDK how many of these tricks are already known, or if they were removed by EE, but most of them were news to me.

    These are pretty well known in general. Some of them have been fixed over the years. Some of them are still being fixed - the ability to kill a character and raise them with the Rod of Resurrection to permanently grant shapeshifting abilities works in BG2EE 2.5 but not in BG2EE 2.6. (You don't need to wait out the spell's duration, by the way)
