Neera bridge District bug

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
When entering the bridge District in chapter 2 , neeras first encounter triggers but itll stuck and she never teleports in..is there a fix?

    Might be a stupid question but just to be sure - you did try to leave the bridge district after seeing her the first time right? She should appear as a random encounter the next time you travel.

    i cant leave the bridge district area because neera never appears in the cutscene making me stuck in it
