Custom Spell not working - probably simple

Hey Everyone,

I've got my NPC modded out. Everything works, except a custom innate spell I made.
The spell is a direct copy of the friends spell, but I set the required flags to INNATE.

The spell doesn't appear on the character
However, if I switch the spell to some other innate spell, like Minsc's Berserk, that does appear.
The spell is memorized and known, correctly.

The file name for my new custom spell is SPIN201
The NPC doesn't have it memorized in game, and doesn't learn it after resting.
However, swapping in any other innate spell works fine.

Is it the case that SPIN201 is a bad spell to use?
Or is it the case that new spells don't work unless you start a new game?
Anyone know what could be going on here?

    Update: I've tried changing the file name. SPIN21KC. Still does not work.

    As a test, I made a copy of the Slow Poison innate spell. Named SPKC002.

    So the file names aren't an issue.
    neither is the fact that it's a new spell.

    Could it be something with the friends spell itself?

    Indeed. It was the spell itself.

    NOTE: If you want to take a standard spell and make it an innate ability, you must change the "ABILITY LOCATION" in each spell effect. Change it to "Ability (4)"
