Baldur's Gate-style portraits

There are quite some portrait packs out there with tons of portraits for all the IE games but 99 % don't seem to fit the very special style of BG I & II and therefore don't blend in perfectly.
I've also looked on Fiverr to see if I find somebody to draw me an individual portrait in a BG I style and the same in a BG II style for a complete playthrough - without any success.

Does anybody happen to know who created the original portraits for both of these games or if there is anybody out there capable of creating such a portrait?
I'm willing to pay for that task if it's done professionally!
