Can we please have graphical options in the Switch edition of NWN?

Is it at all possible to put in graphical options to the Switch version of NWN? I won't mind disabling some graphical effects if it improves the game's performance. I won't even mind making the visuals look like the old NWN if it makes it run well.

    Bumpin' because it really would be a huge boon for the Switch port.

    Bumping again because seriously can we have this? I'd love to play NWN on my Switch but the framerate is so bad.

    I guess BD has abandoned the Switch version of the game?
