Feature request: Option to enable split chat window by default for single player mode.

We have always had to manually right click on the chat window and split it in single player mode. Having the window split optimizes the view on modern screens. Sure, back when we all played in 800 by 600 pixels, it didn't make much sense, but now, even the mobile devices don't have that aspect ratio.
As simple option to override that in the options menu would be... The best.
