  I don't think that's a question easily answered for someone else, as it depends on your priorities. There's a full list of the fixes in the patch announcement, you'll have to check out for yourself how important those changes are to you.
  
  Several mods won't be fully compatible with 2.6 yet, so if you want to keep your current setup, it's probably better to update later. If you don't mind installing all your mods again after the update and don't mind risking compatibility issues or know enough to fix them yourself, then you're good to go, I guess.

  I really wouldn't risk it if you're in the midst of a playthrough. Reinstalling mods always tends to produce issues, even without a new patch, and you would have to possibly use some newer versions of mods too which could lead to new compatibility problems.
