Hello Everyone from the HeavensGate Series Module Builder!

Hello Everyone...

I am the creator of the HeavensGate series modules over in NWN Vault and plan to make my 4th future series with the EE edition. I am finishing up my HG3: Pirates of the Gold Coast after having left for a few years due to RL issues but am finishing that module now. I heard about the EE after the fact and was already 3/4 of the way complete or I would have considered converting. From the look of it, this EE seems to be super popular, I just need to research exactly what it offers over the Diamond pack for example.

Anyway, wanted to say hello and I am looking forward to catching up on all this new information.

    I'm building in EE now, mainly because of the new script functions and related features.

    To summarise just a few of the most useful,
    • Conversation parameters (simplify scripting)
    • Placeable / creature resizing, rotation & spinning / sliding movements
    • Change tlk file entries by script
    • Loop through all areas
    • Run script chunks in game
    There are a couple of new tilesets and much more besides.

    Modules built in EE can't be played in 1.69 (not sure how many players still have that, but there are some) but modules made for 1.69 generally work in EE, so my older modules are still being maintained in 1.69.
