Odd... What's Going on Here?

While going through a set of in game images for an EE specific add-on for a specific tileset (Service Ducts) I noticed something rather puzzling. What I have done is to generate PBR maps for the original textures that the tileset models use. I then tested in game and took some before and after pictures. In-game all seems to work well but when I looked at the picture for one particular tile I noticed something strange. This is the texture in question -

and this is how it looks with fancy maps applied -

But when I looked at the picture of the same thing without fancy maps -

If you look at the grill you will see that it is rotated 90 degrees clockwise. Is there something in the models that the fancy maps override? I've no idea what is happening here. Anyone got a clue?

    FWIW, it is the same module in both cases, just the fancy maps are in an additional hak that is included in one instance of the module.

  • Is "rotate texture" set to "1" in the mdl properties for the mesh that uses that texture?
