SoD Trilogy and Mods

I've heard a lot about problems with modding SoD. If it's not really mod-friendly how do you actually install mods to it as I know there's a lot of mods for SoD. Also, if you have Trilogy installed are ALL the mods suppose to work with SoD normally, like with EE?

    You need to merge SoD back into the main game with DLCMerger if you got it from GoG/Steam but after that step there's no difference between modding BGEE and modding SoD (besides checking for the additional data with SoD, but that's just like the difference between modding BG2 SoA and ToB).

    If under Trilogy you mean EET, EET also needs DLCMerger installed into the BGEE folder prior to importing BG data into BG2.
