Item transfer issue after Korlasz tomb

I'm not sure if this is an EET issue, or a SoD issue, but there were several items that didn't make it to the chests in the Ducal Palace.
After finishing the tomb, I metagamed just a touch, and had the entire party transfer their inventory to my PC. All of the armor and weapons went in a bag of holding, all of the gems and amulets into gem bags, etc. However, when my PC woke up in the palace, the following were missing:
1) Ring of Evermemory - this one is very curious, as my PC was still wearing *hers*, but the one in the gem bag was gone.
2) Dale's Protector bracers
3) Kiel's Helmet
There might be others, but those are the ones I missed first.

Despite taking everything off of every party member except my PC, somehow *some* of Khalid's items remained. It's possible I missed them, and I don't have a saved game right before leaving the Korlasz tomb. He was also wearing Karajah's Life & Death +3 armor, which I hadn't realized was missing.
So, maybe I just goofed and forgot to field-strip Khalid before heading to the palace?
