Making a Cleric/Ranger and Stalker/Cleric class that can use all ranger weapons

I have recently purchased BG:EE 2.6.6.
Is it possible to make or mod a cleric/ranger and/or Stalker/Cleric multiclass that can use all the martial weapons available to the ranger class and gain and increase weapons proficiencies and features in the normal ranger way and cleric way during gameplay. I am familiar with EEKeeper but could not achieve this with it. Any suggestions of how to achieve this. thanks for any advice.

    Tweaks Anthology has a component "Loosen Equipment Restrictions for Cleric Multi- and Dual-Classes".

    Weapon usability for classes and kits is handled by flags on the weapons themselves; you'd have to edit all those weapons not usable by pure clerics to be usable by ranger/clerics (and presumably also fighter/clerics). Not too hard to automate with standard modding tools (WeiDU), and as noted above it has already been done.

    This is not a situation that EEKeeper is good for.
