i need to spawn dead npc, but don't know his code

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
i had a fight inside the tavern seas's bounty, and my enemy turned The Thumb into an ice statue. i hink he is as good as dead, i can't restore him. but he is needed for my ques, so i was wondering how can i summon him through console. i can' find any npc list with codes, only monsters and items
please help me with the code for this npc

    It's actually possible to defrost someone in the engine, but nothing in the standard game does that. So yeah, he's dead.

    The Thumb has code THUMB.
