Any Mods/Method that add Bonus Spell Slots for Intelligence??

Hey there everyone. Just curious if something like the title exists or if there is a method to go about tweaking files to create something like this. Intelligence is a pathetically lackluster stat in the game at the moment, and even having Intelligence 19 only gives you an uncapped memorization for spells - but no additional spell slots as later editions of D&D developed.
So is there a current mod that gives them bonus slots similar to how Wisdom affects Clerics/Druids? Or is it a hopeless dream for the Bhaalspawn Saga??

Grants bonus spell slots based on stats for the Mage, Sorcerer, Ranger, Paladin, Bard and Shaman.
This component makes the mental ability scores of Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma more persistently valuable to spellcasters, giving them extra spell slots per ability point. The amount per point are as follows:
Mages (Intelligence) and Sorcerers (Charisma)
17: +1 Level 1, 2
18: +1 Level 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
19: +1 Level 3, 4, 6
20: +1 Level 1, 2, 7
21: +1 Level 3, 4, 5, 6, 8
22: +1 Level 1, 2, 5, 7, 9
23: +1 Level 1, 3, 6, 8
24: +1 Level 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9
25: +1 Level 4, 5, 7, 8, 9
Rangers and Paladins (Wisdom)
14-15: +1 Level 1
16-17: +1 Level 2
