Anyone know how to get TDD working on BG2 EE?

I had this working the last time I did an install, but know it keeps failing. I've tried with Project Infinity, EE Mod Setup tool, and manually, with no other mods installed. TDDZ keeps insisting it needs TDD, which I have extracted to the game folder. Any ideas?
