Clear All Terrain

It would be super awesome if we had the ability to (as a single action) use a "Clear All Terrain" button in the toolset to strip your map to its basic "look". It would be useful, especially with maps bristling with trees or other "obstructions".
Is this possible - I'm sure it is, right?

    You can copy and paste a bare tile on to another one that has a tree, but a button that does as you suggest would be nice :)
