    If you want Dorn the bad boy with you so much as to do his quests line involving murders, maybe you should take less honorable NPC than Jaheira, Minsc or Nalia ?
    I would suggest to try an earlier save, even if it's hours before this bug.

    Start Dorns quest line with 18 rep. He doesn’t care and you won’t lose people.

    Except for a select few which you just can’t have with Dorn.
