Cannot Import and Accept Load in BGII

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Hello and happiest of days to each of you!!!! I just finished my Siege game, saved my character as an export, moved it to BGII and then tried to import, and it's showing up, but I cannot hit the Accept button.

Also i tried rebooting and uninstalling and reinstalling, those didn't work. I could just start and then edit the save to this. Any help is appreciated though, I'm sure this is pretty easy to suss out.

    I played around with it, and it needed me to appearance which is done - thanks!!
