Can't level up! Please help!

I've come across something i've never come across before, does anyone know a way to fix this? I'm pretty sure this was caused by a mod gone awry, but it would be great if anyone could help pin point a cause?mlsvrlpimjxx.png

    what mods do you have installed?

    if i were to guess it looks like a GUI issue, so if you have mods that affect that, that is where i would start, because from the looks of it, everything else looks normal
