Strange Collector Bug (Neera Mechanical Bird)

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Well... I had to reload like 10 times because I had Hexxat and Neera in the party, so in Amkethran I was supposed to find Cabrina and the Strange Collector. Well... nope. Either one or the other would appear, but never both. I had to try several times, recruiting and dismissing Neera, Hexxat, reloading and trying again... I finally managed it, but I don't even know how because it was quite frustrating 🙃.

I honestly don't know, but I think if that was going to be a problem... was it necessary for both things to happen/trigger in the same tavern? Considering there's also the Marlowe thing, it's quite a mess.

    That's interesting. The other one won't appear even if you exit and re-enter?
    If I didn't have such a heavily modded game, I would look into exactly what's going on there. There have been rumors about Neera's and Hexxat's quests breaking each other. But EE content has never seen the same scrutiny as the original games, and ToB is one of the lesser explored areas of the original trilogy. There's lots that the community doesn't fully understand yet.

    Yes... I tried first with only Hexxat in the group. Cabrina appeared. Then I went to the pocket plane and took Neera (with Hexxat still in the group...) Went to the tavern and then, "No Collector". I re-loaded, tried re-entering Amkethran from Oasis with only Neera in the group... And no luck, "No Collector" 🤷🏼‍♂️. I tried again this way, I got the Collector, then went to recruit Hexxat and then... "No Cabrina" 🤦🏼‍♂️; then I started trying again with both in the group. Cabrina yes, Collector not. And then I just started re-loading and entering the tavern again and again and finally got both.

    Edit: I have no mods installed, only the game with the last patch/etc.
