Can I import BG:EE character file to vanilla BG2:SOA?

I will be thankful if anyone lets me know.

I know they are not save-compatible, but I'm not sure about character imports.

    It'd be worth a shot.

    Give it a try when you run through the game, and let us know how it goes. At worst, I expect it would just crash. At best, it'd run like a dream. ;)

    I concur with it not being likely. It should be relatively easy to recreate the character in BG2 though, as long as it's not a blackguard.

    sure expect this thread to be bumped up like 1~2 weeks after the release. I will update it when I am finished with BG:EE
