Bug Report: Can't assign Two Weapon Fighting more than two slots

Current behavior:
I start a new game and create a fighter or a barbarian. I can only assign up to two proficiency slots to Two Weapon Fighting even through the description of both classes says that I should be able to assign three.

Expected behavior:
Am I supposed to be able to assign three proficiency slots right away? I remember being able to do that in Baldur's Gate 2 (but maybe I'm remembering wrong..?).

    Nope. Remember, Baldur's Gate 2 involved high leveled characters. BG1 involves noobish level 1's. That's how it is.

    As a matter of fact you can't assign more than 2 points to any weapon skill in character creator. Newbie lvl 1 character shouldn't be able to be master swordsman at the beginning of a game.

    That's right. You should be able to place that third point when you get your next proficiency point at level 3. Not a bug!
