-Where is file baldur.ini?
-Where is file where I can change XP cap or how to remove this cap?
-Where to change movement speed?
-How to enable CLUAConsole?

    Use the EE-compatible BG2 Tweaks mod, it has a function to remove the cap.

    Search the general forum for how to enable Shadowkeeper and/or Near Infinity, both of them are tools that will let you do this.
