The sounds work for me, but they are pretty hit or miss. I can't help you because it seems like for some computers its bugged seeing the reports here. Some people they are working fine and others they are not. Either it was installed wrong or something is wrong with the game/system for that person.
As for hosting some place else, please feel free. I stake no claim to these and give credit to the original mod authors completely. All I did was resize all the portrait pix for the game and add the medium size and re-package it because I didn't want other people to have to go through the same hassle if it was already done. I'm sure in time people will make better, but please feel free to post them on any hosting site you want - this goes for both files.
