[Request] Implement tiny portraits for minor NPCs (like Sarevok and Gatewarden)

We all remember Sarevok's terrifying portrait staring at us while he demands our hand in marr... ER I mean, our painful demise, yes?

Well there's a little mod I remember downloading from Gibberlings which gives lots of minor NPCs the similar courtesy, small portraits displayed next to their names. Whether or not the creator of the mod owns the copyright to the images, I don't know, but if they do and are willing to hand it over to Trent the Game Programmer & Friends (Thomas joke) then I think it'd be great.

Examples: Silke, Bassilus, Puff guts, etc.

EDIT: I can't find the right link, but I bet you all know the mod I'm talking about, right?

I really did enjoy seeing lots of nice pictures for the minor NPCs, little things like that make it more enjoyable I think.
