Graphic clitches with portraits

i have mnade an elven wild mage. during the protrait selection step when you klick through the female portraits, the were grphic clitches with the portrait showing in a smaller version in the portrait box and several other of the portraits showing even smaller there too. clicking next or previous portrait and then back to the clitched portrait, the portrait then showed ok.

    oh not related to portriats but to graphics. fireplaces: instead of the light showing correctly in front of the fireplace, i see a dim yellow rectangle (nvidia 9600M GT)
