Dithered screen in adventure window. Can't see a thing.

So I loaded it, menu screens are clear as bell. Cutscenes jump a bit not much but..

The cutscenes are fine in the intro but this is what I get in tutorial and regular mode. It's all dithered and I can't see anything.

I am running with an ATI Radeon x300 Mobility card. 2GBs of RAM Windows XP Media Center. Machine is a 2006 Dell Inspiron 9300.

I have ran games newer with no issue.

Please help.
