Portraits of NPCs

Does anybody know how I change the portraits of fellow npcs like Imoen or Viconia in BGEE?

    In the past it was as easy as dropping the correct filenames of their pictures in the override folder. Anyone tried that? I recall chosenofmystra dot com having a screen that had the filenames among other places.

    You can now drop the pictures in the Portraits directory as well, just make sure the filename is correct. This way you can choose them for your own characters as well.

    do they have to be the new resolutions?
