A simple fix to reduce spammage of general chat

Please move the discussion forums (general chat, role playing, off topic etc) to the bottom of the subforum list. Move bugs, windows support, and community support to the top.

This would make new comers more likely to post rage / whine threads in the relevant area, and reduce how much general chat is being flooded.

Also consider a new general subforum - forum games and fanart. Move topics like Ladyeibilins art challenge and NPC elimination game, plus the topics about creating custom potraits and sound files and other similar things, because general chat is getting flooded too quickly with negative threads to keep up with the nice ones.

    Somehow though I kind of feel like people would just click on "general" on the side and would still continue to rage/whine endlessly. Though I will say that breaking the forum up a little bit would probably help dillute this. The multiplayer part of the forum has generally managed to divert a lot of those people having multiplayer issues to that part of the forum.
