Graphics issue

Hi,

The graphics for the main game screen do not display correctly.
See screenshot here. http://img13.imageshack.us/img13/3435/bgeescreenshot.jpg
All the other screens (inventory screen, spellbooks, etc) work fine, as do the menu screens and the intro movies.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem or have any suggestions?

Thanks.

Yup same with me. Tried everything including using drivers that were kind of for my Graphics card and nothing.

    My rig

    2006 Dell Inspiron 9300 Laptop
    Windows XP Media Center Edition
    2GB RAM
    1.7 GHZ
    ATI Mobillity Radeon X300

I have ran other games on here including Spore and Crysis. I am getting the same thing as you but with a bit of jumpiness in the original cut scene.

So much for an extra month of R&D.

Gotta wait for a patch I assume. :-/

I'm getting freezing after a while of gameplay, I think it's a graphical issue but I'm not really sure...

My graphics card is an ATI Mobillity Radeon X600 SE, so it's probably something to do with that.

This issue seems to have been solved for me by adding the line

    'Graphics', 'OpenGL Version', '1',

into the baldur.ini file after INSERT INTO options ROWS (
