    Yah it's kind of become common etiquette on here that if you want to both agree and like a post you give it an Insightful. Basically if someone makes a really totally awesome post, give them an Insightful because those are really damn difficult for most people (outside of devs and beta testers) to get. Even people who are pretty knowledgable about the game and can answer a lot of questions (e.g. sandmanCCL) still end up with less Insightfuls than anything else.
