Tome of Leadership moved/deleted?

I've been looking around for the answer but didn't find it; did the tome of leadership get moved or removed? I remembered it being in the Gnoll stronghold, and I've torn through there top to bottom -- including the caves with the little blue meanies -- and there's nothing.

    I got it in one of the caves.

    Yeah, it's still there, in the xvart cave. I picked it up a couple days ago.

    Huh. I just went through both the caves, including the one with the carrion crawler... nada. Interesting.

    Worth going back to the Gnoll stronghold and staggering around trying to find another cave entrance, just to get +1 charisma?

    Why would that be worth it?

    Does charisma affect shop prices? I thought it was only reputation.

    Your reaction bonus affects shop prices. You can increase your reaction bonus by increasing either charisma or reputation.

    This is why I love the friends spell.
