Any tips on how to improve performance?

Since the latest patch I've noticed a considerable drop performance wise.
Went through some of the threads; noticed a lot of topics on how shitty the game runs on Nvidia cards.

I'm playing on a 64-Bit Laptop with Windows 7 / 4 GB DDR and a Nvidia GT 330M.
Anybody else with similiar problems? I've already updated to the latest graphic driver etc.

It's weird, it ran perfectly fine before the latest patch. They must have introduced a memory leak somehow.

    The same thing happened to me. I have pretty much the same setup as you. I don't have a solution but would love to hear of one.
