should chapters corrispond with character lvls?

like if im in ch 6 i should be lvl 6 or close to it?

    I guess it depends on your party, difficulty level and you own BG-skill. IMO you should be level 6+ when you hit chapter 6, but then again I always do all the side quest and hit the level cap fairly early (maybe even chapter 4).
