What good mods exist for BGEE?

What mods are out there for BGEE which are good? Open to suggestions with a brief description of what the mod does.

Also, is there a mod that brings any NPC you take out of your party and sends them to the Friendly Arms Inn? It is kind of annoying taking in a new NPC in the middle of who knows where and leaving another behind just to later forget where you left them off. It would be easier if they would all automatically go back to Friendly Arms Inn.
