Elven chain, is it there now?

I've just started by 2nd real playthrough with my fighter/mage and as you might guess, I went straight for the Nashkel Mines.

SPOILERS:



However, after Dorotea and Senjak lie drowning in their own evil blood, the latter one does not drop the elven cahin. I only found a plate mail. Is this supposed to happen or have they removed it?

    They moved it. It's further along in the quest now.
