Am loving this game but am missing some awesome voicesets... custom ones....

Anyone skilled at this?

What about the Eldar Voice stuffs?

Anyone made something like this in the past?

    If i had a program or if anyone here know of a program to copy these and like make a soundset it would be awesome

    There were a lot of custom voice sets available for BG back in the day - the rude hobbit (probably still available at Fileplanet?) comes immediately to mind but I vaguely recall that I might have seen something on the forums here that there are issues getting custom sets to work on BG:EE?

    Perhaps becuase they tweaked the banter and it's set up differently now?

    I recently accidently picked the wrong voice set when creating a character and it was working. I then tested most my other IWD 2 voice sets and they were all working properly. Weird

    I plan on taking a shot at making some custom voice sets come summer time.

    I'd probably be pretty crazy to ask about an ETA on that fix right?
    Or wether it was a matter of priorities or ... ability?
    Custom sounds not working is actually top on my priorities list.
    The workaround does work for individual sets but will not give you the ability to drag and drop sets and have larger lists of them. Which is what i really am looking for... the original functionality.

    I got it working with a fix.. am gonna make myself a sweet soundset now.. and am sharing... well to the ladies anyway .. ha

    I'm not sure what audio/file format the sounds files are in, but you can adjust the pitch (along with many other variables/effects) using Audacity.

    Does this mean we might hopefully see some more voice sets? More then portraits I reeeaaally want some new voice sets... frankly most of the original ones are just plain terrible and the new ones are "OK"

    They should mix Baldur's Gate I and II voicesets for both EE games.

    Well, When I bought the voicepack on my iPad it listed it as 'Voice Pack One' on my bill, which implies at least another is planned.

    to be honest the best ones are probly player made

    Not that the others are ok btw, i like the portait of the monk and some of the voices.. but i get worked up over neera portraits and the premade icewind dales onces.. maby somebody will make alternatives i donno.. but at least now i got a sweet soundset i made myself :)

    I've never liked the player-made soundsets that I tried. They always grated on my ears. Portraits on the other hand are another matter. There are some stunning player-made portraits.

    Anyway quick quiz... if i beat a noble unconious in candlekeep or FAI and loot everthing and get away with it clean.. will it effect anything later on? does anyone know?
