Can't enter city of Baldurs Gate

Anyone else having problems to enter city of Baldurs Gate? I have cleared and flooded Cloakwood mines, killed Davaeorn and chapter 5 has started. Still Baldurs Gate remains 'blocked'. Any hints or is this some strange bug?

    Have you spoken to Scar?
    Cross the bridge and then you need to kind of move behind some buildings to get into Baldurs gate.
    Hope I made some kind of sense.

    New game update fixed this. Now I can continue.
