Dispel magic always dispels mirror image and magic items in weapon slots.

Dispel magic always dispels mirror image and magic items in weapon slots (E.G. Melf's meteors...). No level caster vs level target comparison.

    Another bug, dispel magic doesn't dispels Minor Globe of Invulnerability or Globe of Invulnerability as the description says:

    It also dispels shapeshifting weapons, a bug left over from vanilla. I'm surprised it wasn't fixed, as I thought it was pretty well known. If, as you say, Dispel Magic will dispel magic items in weapon slots without fail, that makes it even worse.

    Yes, It also dispels shapeshifting weapons. At least they have fixed the main bug with dispel magic: http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/602/tobex-25

    But these issues have not been fixed yet.

    Registered. I also added the fact that it doesn't dispel deafness.

    Deafness is supposed to be cured by cure disease, no ?

    Indeed it is cured by Cure Disease.
    However, per the Deafness spell description, Dispel Magic should also cure it and it doesn't.

    Hope this gets fixed in next patch because it's most annoying.
