Is the Lower Resistance spell available outside the black pits?

Didn't find it on my last run, poor Edwin would have loved it.

    Nope, unless you have a sorcerer.

    Can sorcerers even get level 5 spells with the current xp cap?

    Edit: Not sure why I asked, as it takes like 10 seconds for me to just check myself. Nope, sorcerors don't get level 5 spells until 250K xp.
